Hello, my name is Peter Dardarian and I purchased a vac at the Toronto home show this spring, and I wanted to catch up with some things.
I have a 466Q, and it is amazing. Your service has been impeccable, install man was right on time, and was very efficient at the install, did a great job of keeping everything tight to my walls, I have a future room to be built, it will not be in the way.
To tell you about the performance, or a testament to it, is very important, to me, and also to you, and it is great, or
"really sucks".
At the show, as a consumer, you always think, "yeah, it works great, because it has been tried as the demonstration created to show the full potential of the vac, but not beyond it" Well, as a owner of some thick area rugs, tile and hard wood floors, and a cat, Golden Retriever, and three kids with SEVERE allergies, this $1500+ investment better work!
Well, it did, I think beyond what we expected. The first time we used it, my wife did just the area rug underneath our dinning room furniture, and our 14'x23' living room, just a test, and we got a 2 litre container full of dog and cat hair, and a Hot Wheel car, (my son was thankful) and not one sneeze out of my one daughter and not a lick of dust on the TV screen. Well that's allright, but no, it did not stop there. My better half then proceeded to get on her hands and knees, and scrape at the area rugs with here nails, then with a dog brush, and came up with came up with enough hair to make a minute hair ball that would not have made a 6 week old kitten hack.
Needless to say I and my wife are very pleased with our vac, and many years of great cleaning, worry free.
All in all, thank you, your product is awesome, I'm glad that I have purchased it, and like Sean said to me," Peter, it is an investment in you life, and your home." Well, yes, in our lives, but not my home, when we move it is moving with us.

I just want you to know how impressed I am with the Vacuflo. The day before our installation, I did a thorough vacuuming with my central Beam. The next day, after the installation of the Vacuflo, I just had to take it for a test spin. After I did the whole house, I was astonished to find the bucket filled with what the Beam didn't get. Additionally, we have just moved from our former house, where we had a Hayden central vac. I had vacuumed our area carpets well before we moved, the Vacuflo got even more stuff out of our thick Orientals than the Hayden ever did.
We have two husky/colley mixed dogs and it is the start of the long shedding season. I think my new Vacuflo will most certainly get a thorough work-out over the next few months, but I am confident it can handle whatever I send it‚s way.

Wendy……Thanks again for the exemplary services we’ve received from you and the team at Vacuflo, I have rarely been so satisfied with a product or firm in my life – frankly from past experience I discount most claims on everything, but not on Vacuflo.
I remember when I originally spoke with your representative at the Home Show here in Toronto approximately 2 years ago, he showed me the system (with enthusiasm I might add) and explained how and why it was the best, I was excited. 24 months later I can say he was right, our Vacuflo cleans every surface of our 8000ft home (hardwood, ceramic, linoleum, broadloom) with one pass, it even cleans my 4 concrete garage floors with ease. I typically don’t get too excited with household products, however this Vacuflo is fabulous - it makes vacuuming fun……I’d appreciate it if you’d keep that confidential!

Thank you for your tremendous help when I called about a central vacuum. I received it the next day and Mr. Gauvin arrived in 3 days to install it and give me some very helpful advice.
After living with it for two months, I must tell you what a sublime joy the Vacuflo is for me. Over a hundred animals keep me busy on my farm, as do maintaining buildings and fences. This means I often run in and out of the house without having time to remove boots. There's the muddy weather and there are cats and dogs. Doggies are livestock guardians and often patrol the swamps.
Given this background, you can understand how important a good vacuum cleaner is to me. Vacuflo design vastly surpasses my previous central vac bought from Sears because of their reputation for rural servicing. However, they explained repairs would cost more than replacement and I believe it should last longer than six or seven years. Expensive when purchased my old Filter Queen still works after 30 year…but no comparison to Vacuflo.
Animal hair is a great problem. The previous Kenmore central vac was dreadful to use because animal hair caught in the floor attachment bristles, obstructing air flow. These bristles were made of a fiber that would not release hair and I had to use a grooming rake to clear them enough to continue. This was frustratingly necessary several times per vacuuming session. The original floor tool was a better desing than the replacement which did not fit in many places and often fell apart at the swivel joint during any session.
The Vacuflo design is efficient, practical and beautiful. It reaches everywhere and slides well in every direction. The fiber used for the floor attachment bristles not only picks up the hair but als releases it into the airflow. During a session, I rearely need to clean the brush more than once and the bristles vacuum clean in a couple of effortless strokes before I put it away.
The power head is more effective on carpets and quieter than any I have known. The light, resilient hose moves about so easily that cleaning takes less time and effort with results that make me happy as I can be short of hiring someone. I find dirt exhausting and depressing. I cannot afford cleaning staff, am alone in this enterprise and absolutely rely on having a clean place to live, work and relax.
I only regret the years I didn't have Vacuflo. Thank you so much.
